I'll consider buying them, but I could also just fan the flames of that Civil War in Colombia and make it VERY hard to build such a canal...
Sounds like a good plan.

Yo, Stein. If I wanted to form some kind of federation (in the long term) out of Austria-Hungary, how would I go about doing that? I'm thinking a federation with Austria at the helms, and with a centralized army (instead of two armies like Austro-Hungary has).

Like the United States of Greater Austria?

Pretty much that. I like Ferdinand's ideas and would like to have him convince Franz to go in that direction.

...The amount of orders people get aren't even set yet.
Orders work as thus: each nation is given one national focus order and three normal orders. The national focus order will always succeed to a degree, but it can only be used internally (ie, improving infrastructure is ok, taking a colony is not). During a war, a nation also gets three war orders.

I've also got things to do. But if this stands I've got 88 orders to process every week.

You can recruit a few players to help you out. Or if you're lowering the number of orders, then no tier system, everyone gets the same.

No. You're a shit-tier unciv, you're not getting the same amount of orders as great powers.
