Kijani's expression wobbled into a nervous smile. "I had forgotten that." She chuckled softly. "That was you, wasn't it? You really are... just that kind of person, all on your own." She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tight. Then she kissed him softly on the mouth, sighing softly. Even if he was the kind of genuine, caring person who tried to comfort a stranger, that didn't mean that she deserved to have him, did it? Pulling back from Connor, she shook her head rapidly as if trying to make her thoughts come out of her ears. "You're a good guy, Connor..."

Maybe he was too good for her..
