Go to the top left of each post and copy the Permalink and you should get something that looks like this

Now use the QQCode Cheat sheet and follow the link instructions by substituting the example http://...with the permalink, then replace Click Me with the Character name and after all that's done put the SN of the Player at the end outside of the link

Oh and you could use the bottom of your first Post OOC to place them or to save yourself a jumble edit an replace the second post you made
