I'm glad to be part of this RP again, and extra glad that it's still moving along. As I told Cat, reading chapter 1 in its entirety really made Outremer come alive. I've been doing this for awhile now, and most of the RPs I join don't seem to make it past the 2nd page. The fact that we completed a chapter (even though I was out for most of it) means a lot to me. It is great to be able to escape RL and collaborate and learn from great writers and build a world with our imagination. Just know that the words you write are appreciated and thank you for the enjoyable read. /cheese

An RPer made that faction but never got the chance to establish them. From what I remembered, they operated as an isolated entity with their own agenda. As far as what the specifics are to that agenda, I'm not sure, but Chapter 2 seems like a good place for them to start making their presence known. Nobody is currently controlling them, so it's really up to you (and Cat) as far as how involved you want them to be. I'd love to help, but I've got news reporters, politicians, and a snarky epidemiologist + her hazard team on my plate.
