Pretty much as Skull described, The Red Cross have for now been elusive, but this chapter is a fantastic opportunity to start bringing it to life. TRC is an extremely old order with roots in the aid organization of the same name as well as an evolution of The Knights Templar. Their agenda is so far unknown but I'm happy to enter talks with you over where you want them to go. Either shoot me a PM or just put it down here :sun
