Last night I had an epiphany as to how I was going to run the character sheet process, what with the guild not yet supporting the index manner we used before (or at least, not easily) so new plan:

The link below is for house/character sheets that have yet to be accepted, essentially any which are not in the list in the first post of the ooc. Only place them in there once they are finished, before then, feel free to post and edit them in the OOC, they just won't be accepted yet.
