I am definitely considering inviting America to the Lisbon Conference, by the way, so I hope we can RP together more moving forward. EDIT: And if that wasn't an actual historical proclamation, I might suggest calling it "The Unity Proclamation" EDIT: I'm certainly happy I could do better than the real CSA, but I honestly think the entire course of the war would've been different if the Army of Tennessee early on had only defended Memphis and western Tennessee like I had wanted them to. If I would've been the Commander-in-Chief back then and ordered that only to find out the army had defended all of Tennessee when the state to the north was neutral and the states to the south and east were friendly, I would've chewed out that General so hard. But oh well. It was still fun.
