Yeah, this is set ages after canon, so - most things are new. 

Alright, at the moment, only the GM and co-GM's can make captains. You're more than welcome to make a lieutenant, but that lieutenant has to work up to a captains level in the RP, which shouldn't be too hard.

I think we're beginning to work with a Stats system *glares at Yoshua* and if you need help with that, the guru on it is... well, the guy who implemented it, Yoshua.

Don't be discouraged by the no captain thing though! :)
