Exactly. Killjoy, while able to blow explosives up with her mind, has to actually place the explosives there if something isn't already available (like a gas pipe or propane tank lying around). If Killjoy doesn't even know who's putting up the field, she's useless.

Figure out who it is, and Agnes can scan for something that could take down the wizard emanating the field, or ask for someone to implant an explosive nearby them for her to detonate.

Yeah that's basically the same thing in the hostage situation.

Look for the hostile sorcerer or magic device and shut them down.

Oh, that brings up a good point actually. Im writing my posts, and I honestly cant tell who's a villain and who's not. I know we can take out nameless mooks as we please, but can we get like, a detailed list of named baddies? Cause right now, I only count like, four that I know for sure.

Edit: Alright, Emmanuel's obnoxiously long post is done, now to work on Kholds.

If he really wants to, Killshade doesn't take too kindly to fucked up situations though, so be weary.

The four named villains Boomer, Twister, Scorch, and Brick are the only supervillains at present.

Abysse, I can certainly see her doing that but she kinda has to explain how she managed to break the barricade the National Guard set up.

And she's probably gonna get hit. A lot. This is a fight involving the most powerful not the squishy ones :P

Archmage, By magical ward blocking all magical access it pretty much means no fully supernatural creature, MC, or any other outside spell could enter or penetrate until it was taken down.

Well the majority of the escaping inmates would be normals. You'll find a lot of named villains inside and I'll decide if you hit or take hits from them. If you wish to make up a minor villain or two with random powers that's fine too but don't go overboard. And if I'm correct since Emmanuel derives his powers from his god wouldn't he be weakened?

Upon reflection we may need to tone down power levels depending on if they beat all the villains too easily.

Well, he is weakened. But considering it was just up a couple of mooks, I didn't think it would make a difference, especially if they're normals. Same with Khold. They both have god powers, and they're both considerably weaker. Once they come up to a named dude, it'll be way more obvious, I just always have a really hard time writing with un-named, throwaway cannon fodder types. I dont plan on them getting away unscathed from the actual villain villains though.

That's the thing though now that I think about it I may have allowed some characters to be too powerful, we'll just have to see if that's the case during roleplay.

I was recently accepted into this RP, with Nikki Biyung, or Swarmqueen. A character I already used in a few RPs already. I kinda want to go at the young, nice, newcomer angle, and I want to see how her opinion of the league changes (For better or worse).

I already read a little bit of the ic, so I know what is going on. The question I have is wheeeere to insert her.
