With this many people I would be surprised if we even get to post once a day, that is if posting order rules and such are followed. Also, to comment on there being too many people, I don't think that is the case. A lot of roleplays fail due to lack of consistent participation, and a few people will naturally not post much with their characters. The GM mentioned wanting at least 9 characters, so I don't think 11 is that bad.
