Vick Aeternus ll Nexus Lantern Festival Affected Players: Prince, Mystic, Silver Soldier Vick's eyes were drawn from the ground up to the largest threat. Just as his head tilted up to catch a glimpse, the red haired man was already stretching out to find him when his jeer was cut short by a yowl. The small girl who seemed to know Prince had gotten a hold of his apparent weak spot. Vick watched as the pair stormed away, Prince making a scene on purpose and the girl lead him out. Vick's arms lazed a bit. The one he had really been worried about had left, and that brought him at least the tinniest bit of comfort. Just when the blue haired boy was to ask of what he should do next, the newcomer commented on the little fiasco then slapped him on the back, causing him to almost yelp and for his face to return to it's brighter state, as it had dimmed only slightly when the Buccaneer had exited the scene. Silver soldier went on to comment on how Vick could handle the situation he had with the cat man, the thought of him being the one to get touchy feely made him tighten up his guard again. "i don't think that-" Just when he tried to retort he saw the other mans face, obviously now int thought... As if to give an out for Vick the familiar voice came from the side. Vick's eyes found the source, Prince all dolled up in a dress and makeup. The tone of his voice cursed VIck's ears and made him edge away a bit, despite the lengthy distance between him and the buccaneer. "Uh..." He scrambled for any sensible thing to say. "...G-good job." He said quickly, before looking about mechanically and mumbling something about his turn. He then scurried off, trying not to avert his eyes to find a changing room. After landing himself in a lonesome room he slumped back against the door, sliding down to a sitting position. Looking up into a mirror the boy sighed deeply and hung his head. "SO. CONFUSED." After a lengthy time of nothing, and another of exiting his comfort zone, Vick found himself in costume. Standing now in front of the mirror Vick scanned over his new outfit. This was weird on so many levels. His small build allowed for him to better fit the dress, it wasn't exactly form fitting so he didn't give the thought of using stuffing more then a milliseconds time. The long robe was fashioned in blue and gold, styled obviously after eastern tastes it had a large sash. Thankfully Vick had found sandals instead of heels, as they seemed to be the matching footwear with the dress (He was glad he wouldn't' have to be tripping all over the place). Taking the experience he had gained from helping a younger sister, and being forced to watch some programs with his mother, Vick had done a decent job of decorating his eyes. Extended lashes and blue coloring gave new character to him. One he wasn't so familiar with. "...I feel like i'm actually...a little too good at this..." He murmured to himself. The last thing he had to do was...lipstick. Looking at the terrible thing he just couldn't cross that line. Taking up instead a small prop (a blue fold out fan) he decided he would cover the lower portion of his face with it when...presenting himself. Another lengthy moment of gathering courage, and Vick took a deep breath. He slowly opened the door, and made his way outside...He looked to the floor and had his arms down in an "X" shape. His fist balled somewhat, an indicator of how off he felt.
