What's even worse is that, since Brazil is effectively an oligarchy, it's going to be really hard to get any change in government. The Oligarchs aren't just going to let the government they profit so much off be reformed.

I kept checkin' around and found even more bad news (now I feel bad ;P): [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaccine_Revolt]Vaccine Revolt of 1904[/url] and the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolt_of_the_Whip]Revolt of the Lash in 1910[/url]. Neither are too crazy, but they both stem from problems that Rare should definitely look into amending.
