Blake continuously scratched the back of his head in response to the gunner's reply, anxiety having risen in the pit of his belly. She was definitely someone he wouldn't want to mess with, considering he'd given her a terrible first impression. Whilst all this was going on, the part-puppy couldn't help but notice one of the silhouettes at the gate disappear into thin air from the corner of his eye. Once again, shock, confusion and more confusion took place after that incident. Try keeping your mouth shut- the blonde exorcist mentally noted down. It was hard thinking logically during such events, but then again maybe he wasn't trying hard enough. From the window he could see the students making their way back to the dorms, or what seemed like it. They moved precariously, as if waiting for something else to happen- after all that's happened that day, who wouldn't? Surprises were not really surprises at this point. A sigh of relief left Blake's lips as they were given another break from things to go wrong. Maybe another breather was all they needed, from the looks on everyone's tired faces. He couldn't blame them. Organizing plans, strategies and carrying them out were never the easiest things to do-- and it showed on everyone's faces. "Do we really have to go check out the back, now?" he glanced back at the students approaching the dorms, unsure if they should meet up and discuss further plans or leave and check out the back of the building for further measures.
