So far many people control humans. Look through the already completed and working sheets. Personally I was going to use humans with a strong link to Serp's own faction historically. But instead of making the sixth human faction it's seeming more and more tempting to make an alien faction.

Serp controls the home 'sol system' Sigma has some humans in his federation, well a lot of humans really. And Asta was making some human faction I believe but I can't remember any specifics.
