Appearance:Yulian has a dark, mocha complexion. She has ebony hair in a bob cut. Her eyes are almond-shaped and a bright hazel. Her cheekbones are placed smoothly upon her face, and her lips are on the thin side. She often lacks the motivation to wear makeup of any stature is short and busty, with smaller legs that render her a slow runner. She has some extra weight on her hips and thighs. Her hands and fingers are elegant and refined, with usually unpainted fingernails.

Clothing: Her wardrobe is mostly blouses and skirts with thigh high stockings, paired with knee-high boots or converse. She wears black short shorts under most of her skirts. She is one for jewelry and accessories, however. She adorns whatever she pleases, often with multiple rings and necklaces. She enjoys wearing skirts to the extreme. Her favorite colors are pink, lavender, magenta and violets. Converse are her most commonly worn footwear. In the colder seasons she'll wear darker colors, legwarmers and arm-warmers. However, she'll constantly wear skirts and short sleeves.

Personality[Don't skimp out on this one]: Yulian is abrupt and sneaky. She has little qualms about hurting people if its for her goals, but she is very careful about what she does. She only burns the bridges that she's sure won't matter to her anymore, or come back to bite her. She is no stranger to death, but would prefer to avoid it to move herself out of harm's way. She gathers necessary information, but she can get a piece of the action as well. Her sense of guilt isn't the largest out there, but she won't stoop to being that low and killing children/taking children hostage. Or anything of the sort.

That being said, she has a very practical and well-developed mindset. She knows what is out of reach and what isn't. While she isn't that thoughtful, she can have trouble making split-second decisions. She does not do well when backed into a corner. Honestly, she prefers to stay out of and away from public view. Being in the spotlight will do her no good. 

Past: Yulian was born to an unorthodox family. They weren't religious, and were rather against it as a whole. Yet, they were very open minded people who allowed Yulian to expand her interests. Yulian grew to be sneaky and conniving after her mother was killed, in which she began to snoop around to catch the killer. Paranoid about herself being next, she began to learn self-defense and became rather adept at it. Although the murderer was never caught, Yulian soon took a shine to collecting informtion. Whether it be from oter people or the internet, she was able to cheat her way into stealing information.

Thus, it became a career. Her father couldn't care less, but was concerned when gijinkas began to get released. Afterwards, Yulian grew up and soon moved out. She definitely agreed that gijinkas shouldn't be enslaved, thus she started up a safe house with several other generous donors.
