If you're committing forces, which you are, then you're pretty much already contributing to the "international army".

That said, it looks like our [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eight-Nation_Alliance]Eight-Nation Alliance[/url] will either fall short of eight, or surpass it (since Portugal joined it in the RP). It's hard to say without everyone stating they'll take part in an IC message. But so far it's looking like it'll fall a bit short of eight.
