94,000 - (110,000 - 27,500) - 5,000 - 5,000 =

94,000 - 82,500 - 5,000 - 5,000 =

11,500 - 5,000 - 5,000 = 

6,500 - 5,000 = 1,500

So I should have barely enough. If no one finds any problems with my math, then I'll go ahead and edit my post
