The Kingdom of Romania looks forwards to the new century with hope. Under Our reign, Romania has grown from a mere vassal at the whim of a dying Empire to the thriving vibrant nation which she is today. Together, united, we may continue to step forwards into a confident and golden future. Although disquiet and turmoil may reign across the globe it is the desire of the Romanian people to see peace propagated across both the Kingdom and the entirety of the Balkans, and it is for this reason that We request that His Sublime and Imperial Majesty consider the words of the Bulgarians. It is in the best interests of us all that stable and sensible arrangements be concluded regarding the fractious ethnic groups of the region and it is Our fervent hope that both sides consider the other with reason and charity.
