Power: Leech has the ability to completely drain the bodily fluids of other creatures by touching them (his hands each sport a mouth like opening lined with needle like teeth). 
Sub abilities: 
-He has strength and agility on par with that of an adult male bengal tiger (he uses these abilities to hunt down and over power larger creatures to feed on)
-He is capable of seeing in infrared
Growth: With time he will gain the ability to temporarily gain the abilities of whatever he feeds on (the abilities however will be only 1/4th as strong when he uses them, and he can only gain one at a time)
Weakness (es): He's still capable of being brought down by guns, he's extremely self conscious about his face (to the point were he may even stop fighting and try to hide if his mask is broken), he MUST feed on at least three pints of blood every twelve hours or he will starve to death (the species that the blood comes from is irrelevant, though he has a preference for human blood).
Weapon(s): He'll use any sort of gun or bladed weapon that he can get his hands on, though his main weapons would be a pair of bladed tonfa-like weapons

Other: He constantly carries two items on him: A locket with the picture of a little girl, and a pair of rusty dog tags. Touching either of these without his permission might result in someone losing a limb. He's also a bit of an alcoholic.
