History:Joe was born into a military family that valued military tradition above all else, you were practically forced into a recruiting office when you were old enough, his Sister went into the navy and went to serve on some destroyer, his brother became a ranger, and Joe joined the marines. When he went through boot his drill Sargent called him "The most out fucking standing marine, he's ever seen." And was recommend for Marine Force Recon. Force Recon was the toughest training of Joe's life there he barely graduated but he made it and was pressed into service as a Master Sargent.

Joe was pressed into service just in the waning days of the war in Iraq, There he saw the end of ISIS and a small amount of peace passed over Iraq before the remnants of ISIS came back, but at that point Joe was transferred home to deal with a threat on home soil, when he was back on base he was briefed about the AR virus and it's effects on the host and was offered a spot on a US Task Force, who were to be used to take out any infected on US Soil, Codenamed Task Force Lima. The missions Task Force Lima undertook are considered classified for the next 65 years, but there were successful in halting the spread so the military could organize for a final stand in Washington DC, The Battle for DC went down as the most spectacular fuck-up in United States History, the military was beaten and Task Force Lima was disbanded and put back into their respective branches of service when they entered Florida.

In Florida, Joe was promoted to Captain and put in charge of team Whirlwind a force of marines who specialized in Reconnaissance, Scavenging, and MVP rescue, from there Team Whirldwind was attached to Carrier Strike Group Two and transferred to Brittan.
