If for any reason someone no longer wants to be in Deadland let me know, there will be no hard feelings, and I won't try to talk you out of it. I'm sure you all know what you want.

Just a friendly notice, I'm not telling anyone to leave. I just know dropping rp's is kind of an anxiety thing, so I'd rather be told. Otherwise things are going great :D

it's my fault that we're delayed.

my schedule is ridiculous but i am working with Fire every chance I get, honest.

we have a good bit so far but we're still not done yet.

apologies, i warned you via pm Ae that i was afraid of holding everyone up.

if it get's too unbearable for you guys i am willing to kill Vera off.

i know what it's like waiting & it blows but i am trying.

my schedule is pretty crazy too hun, but we gotta stay and fight ^.^ Don't leave us yet! I will be posting when I can I hope ya'll aren't waiting on me for too long. I finally have some good amount of time to post tonight. Aeon. Is the Samurai supposed to be Lauren? ^^;; you made her so serious

I hope it's alright that I'm waiting for the collab to be done, I don't want to potentially mess up what the others are doing. I'm also caught off-guard by the fact that school is starting again a week sooner than I thought it was so I'm using up every minute of my last few days of vacation ^^;

I'm not at all bothered by delays in posts, I still always check the OOC/IC at least once a day :)

I did say that, but I've been a little busy, as you all are now currently. I'm not trying to rush anybody, but if you could just give me some time to get that up. My girlfriend is down for a bit (about 6 days) so if I have time I'll get it up, but I may not. Sorry for the delay on that, if you want to do what Fire did with the creature CS than by all means you're welcome to wing it, and if I feel it's missing something I'll let you know. I just haven't had much time to do all of the things I've wanted to do. I apologize.

I like the post Kapu, though next time we do something like this you should add in the dialogue because it will show perspective from your character, rather than how mine perceives her.

No no, the pointers method worked nicely. I'm talking about your post.

When you got to the scene where the crazy mechanic and eli converse, you kind of just generally skipped it. I was saying, in my opinion, it makes for a better post if you add it in to your post, since you know what Eli is going to say to her.

She glanced away, just for a moment as she spoke. It was a curious tell, something you looked for in liars, but Eli was no interrogator, despite the charade he was putting up.
"What makes me think you won't become dead weight" He asked, staring at her intently.

"Mention one guy here who can repair a weapon on the field should it get damaged. Right, I thought so. Plus, a sniper is never deadweight, nor is someone who can kill without a sound." She said haughtily, apparently quite confident in her abilities. He also liked that, confidence. He moved on.


A conversation has two perspectives, and this only shows the conversation from Eli's side. We have no idea what your character's thoughts and emotions are. Just mine.

By adding the conversation again in your post, we'd then see if from your character's perspective, which helps us build a better understanding of your character, while furthering character development.

It's more of an "in my opinion" thing, you don't -have- to, but I feel it makes a better experience. You don't have to edit this post, I just wanted to give you a pointer/tip/suggestion/etc.

Aah. Now it makes sense... and yeah, I see your point. I did kinda put it in, but only as a sort of glance. I can't do it right now, but I'll see if I can't make a few changes tomorrow.
