[b]Equipment:[/b] Wears some very old [url=http://static4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20090707123343/mandalorians/images/e/e5/MandalorianKOTOR.jpg]Mandalorian Armour[/url] (left) he acquired from a job (he has since had it restored and modified to suit his needs). He has a jet-pack. His armour also contains rapid flare launchers which have proved useful in a variety of situations.

[b]Personality:[/b] Okuda is psychopathic, having no empathy or guilt. He tends to act rather cold and austere usually, but takes great enjoyment in getting angry and doing what he does best... killing and causing havoc!

[b]Brief History:[/b] Okuda was raised on the harsh home-planet of his race, Rattatak. Like most on his planet he was forced to fight and from a young age appeared to be a naturally gifted fighter. As he grew older his very demeanor gave him an advantage, let alone his skill and physique. Eventually he began fighting in the gladiatorial arena known as 'The Cauldron', where he became a crowd favourite. 

After an impressive streak in the arena, having survived longer than most, he was approached by a mandalorian named Furdonias. Furdonias worked under a fellow mandalorian named Valut. He saw potential in Okuda, admiring his fighting prowess and so offered him a job working for Blackstar. Since taking up this offer his has continually trained under Furdonias when time permits them both the opportunity. Whilst Okuda works for Blackstar as a usual mercenary, he is also trusted and proved enough to be sent on the odd contract either by himself or with his own squad. Okuda was part of the Blackstar force that helped the Coreldan military seize power and has remained on the planet to help protect Blackstars interests and to undertake the task of assassinating Royal sympathisers.
