After cleaning up around the medical room, Quib descided that now would be a good time to meet the new crew members. He marched out of the medical room, wearing his hat and jacket, and turned to the derection of the observation deck that was beside the medical room. He had, earlier, felt the vibrations of people walking by in that direction and figured that'd be a good place to start. If he only came across those who already knew him, he could ask where the new crew was anyway. As he reached the observatory, Quib could hear unfamiliar voices behind the door. He hesitated slightly, the hairs on his body going up and down in a slow, wavy motion from his mandibles, around each leg and ending at his abdomen. He was always a bit unsure about meeting new faces. Granted, he liked members of other races out of curiosity, he knew fully well that they don't have the same interest in him... Unless you're Zip, or other odd specimens of intelligence. Quib made a sound similar to a gulp and opened the door. There was a sudden pause in the room as all eyes had turned in his direction. Quib stared hesitantly at the two knew crew members and they did likewise. Quib found it very hard to read human facial expression, or facial expressions in general, so he couldn't tell if he saw horror or disgust in their eyes. Come on Quib, make a good first impression. After giving himself some encouragement, he spoke with a small stutter, "G-greetings new crew memberss! Tkk. I am Quib, this mighty crew's medical officer." Before they could give any kind of response, he took a quick glance at his notes before continuing, "You are... Yassa Belove, correct?" He said, indicating to the human at Quib quickly estimated was over 6 feet in height. He then turned his attention to the other human, "And you are Isam Hajjar, I believe. It's a pleasure to meet you both." Quib also gave both Zip and Izzy a quick wave with on of his forelegs. He made sure he was still able to bolt down the hallway in case one of them decided to pull out a weapon, could never be too sure.
