I'll get putting up the IC. How do you guys feel about kicking off the RP with characters becoming acquainted/more acquainted? 
Maybe the Mayor could throw a fancy evening party for the Supes of the town. The scene could coincide hilariously with those characters which will be arriving at the town at the beginning of the roleplay, having basically escaped Hell. 

Then later we can get into the crazy cultists trying to invade or what-not.
