And yeah Sleeth, you can start there. Though secret is only in the context of the RP. I didn't actually create Glacia, so I don't know the nature of why it's secret but if I had to guess it would be due to Glacia having an almost nomadic tribe structure to outsiders it wouldn't seem obvious that there was anything of value or any government structure. As such the capital where the nobles would be is kept secret so outsiders wouldn't know of the value of Glacia.
