--- Ezekiel 'Zeke' Vilgore "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?" --- [*]Name: Ezekiel Vilgore[/*] [*]Age: Mid-twenties[/*] [*]Gender: Male[/*] [*]Appearance/Description: From first glance, Ezekiel is evidently from one of the most southernmost tribes, his skin and dark with silver blonde hair and near-reflective goldenrod eyes. His gaze is an intense one, and not in a pleasant sense - this child tries his best to scour the ones he looks at, seeking in them some sort of answer to a question only he knows. He dresses in garbs indicative of some role within the church.[/*] [*]Personality: Ezekiel is...off. There's something that's very hard to place about the boy, a certain lack of responsiveness at times hinting at something being wrong with him - being a moment later than everyone else at laughing at some form of joke, not smiling at a joyous occassion, an overly tight grip in handshakes, small things you don't really notice individually... Well, other than that he appears to be a near model citizen and holy-man. He can recite the Word off his head, provide sermons on the spot and be a spiritually encouraging individual. He never really takes the initiative in conversation, but the same could be said about him in almost everything, he's usually pushed into doing it. Not that he cannot make small talk, he's rather adept at that despite his hesitance.[/*] [*]Goals/Motive: Ezekiel's stock answer is 'to serve God, the Church and people in all things', but he does not believe that. He likes to think he does, but it's completely hollow. Hollow, that's a good word for Ezekiel. Nothing he does feels like it's worth the effort. His goal is disturbingly non-existent, he simply exists and does thing which are appropriate at that moment. He follows his orders to the letter, but never doing anything more. He kills, but feels nothing...but he does question. Maybe these questions will be the seed that will grow to drive Ezekiel.[/*] [*]Bio/History: Before Ezekiel was born into the world, missionaries from Aaester ventured far south beyond what most maps covered into a dry and unrelenting region of the world, seeking to spread the Faith. Finally, not long after the birth of Ezekiel, they came into contact with the only nomadic tribe in the region which had learned to thrive in the harsh desert - the Sharur. What allowed this tribe to survive was a mixture of raw hardiness, ingenuity and Etlu-Nasu. Etlu-Nasu is a unique martial art, in that it was developed to hunt and kill the Calamity Beasts which roam desert. The Sharur lacked religion, for the most part, but not spirituality. Upon the (cautious) introduction to the Faith a majority of the Sharur seemed to find answers in the Church dogma, the most accomplished hunter, who sired Ezekiel, being among them. Ezekiel never saw his father as a toddler, separated by the miles of land between the Desert and Aaester. He grew up in an a culture divided between the traditional spiritualism of old and the Faith brought to the Sharur by the missionaries. In the end, all it served to do was alienate him from his fellow tribesmen. He cared little for either approach and instead immersed himself in learning how to hunt with Etlu-Nasu. On what would have been his tenth year Ezekiel's father returned to the Sharur as a Cardinal Priest, if only briefly, to meet his son. Ezekiel's father tried to regale him with tales of the wondrous capital city, and of his life in the Church. None of it interested Ezekiel in the slightest, just like everything else. In the end, he was taken by his father to Aaester. What followed next...well, that's not allowed to be discussed to much of an extent, but let it be known that under his fathers watch Ezekiel was inducted into a less than savoury sect of the Church. The rest, as they say, is history.[/*]
[*]Name: Rampaging Divinity Armor: Kingdom[/*] [*]Creation: Kingdom was forged from the remains two Omega Class Calamity Beasts, Raja and Gugallan. The two beasts, feline and bull-like respectively, were exceptional specimens even among the the Omega Class beasts; Raja was as wise as it was powerful, proving to be difficult to catch and just as hard to fight with, with speed enough to shred through armies and a roar which could shake the foundations to a city; Gugallan was a solitary but dangerous monster, dwarfing even some of the largest Calamity Beasts. It would sleep for months on end, and rampage for weeks when awake - it was thought that nothing could stop it in its rage. In what was probably one of the worst chance meetings of all time, Gugallan when Raja was near. The two Omega Class beasts fought for nights on end with no end in sight, a stalemate between Raja's untouchable speed and Gugallan's impenetrable hide. The only real victim in this clash was everything else - people died from the shock waves of the two clashing titans. Oroboronuko's hand was forced, striking down the two beasts, although not without considerable effort. From the remains of the two Calamities came Kingdom, the Rampaging Divinity Armor. [/*] [*]Type: Armour[/*] [*]Required Compatibility: It would be fair to say that Kingdom has a personality of its own - the armor Tengu is an arrogant thing with a kingly disposition, a result of its parentage. Those compatible with it have one simple trait...they amuse it. They are the court jesters, the playwright and poets to the Armor king. So long as they continue to amuse, it shall fufill its purpose for them. To bore Kingdom, though, is certain death.[/*] [*]Main Ability: Supernatural Condition: All aspects of the wearer are enhanced beyond of what is naturally possible. Super strength, speed, durability, senses, you name it. The degree of these enhancements is based on the will and mental constitution of the user, they must be actively thinking about what they want from Kingdom in order to gain more than the base boost. Due to this potentially limitless parameter enhancement, it could be called the ultimate general combat use Teigu.[/*] [*]Hidden Ability: Cry of Raja: A roar unlike any other comes from Kingdom, deafening, breaking, shaking - it's more of an indiscriminate force of destruction than a roar, effecting things for miles around. At the very least, people within Aaester would be able to feel the Cry of Raja. Gugallan's Charge: Kingdom charges forward, unstoppable and absolutely destructive. The speed and power which Kingdom moves with leaves a trench in its wake, sending debris flying into the air and kicking up gales as it cuts through the air. There is a specific quality to this ability which makes it different from the user simply running forward with a lot of leg-strength, a certain aura which makes Gugallan's Charge all the more destructive to everything around it; It is the rage of Gugallan, locked away within Kingdom, manifesting for a brief moment to make this ability possible. This ability requires a minutes preparation.[/*] Ezekiel acquired Kingdom through the Church. The Armor Tengu King is an heirloom which has belonged to the Church for a long time, used as a symbol of the the Church's strength. When one user passes on the Tengu is retrieved and then another compatible user is sought out - a task much easier said than done due to the Tengu's rather ephemeral tastes in users. Ezekiel merely fit the bill, Kingdom seeing something in the boy. Zeke works as an enforcer for the Church, taking down those who are considered a threat to the institution. As Ezekiel is held in a rather special position within the Church, he often finds himself working for the Prime Minister as well, should the request be made.
[*]Equipment/Assets: Funds, two bedroom apartment, some contacts in government, Church backing.[/*]
