Bio:Andrew was born and raised in Fredrick Point. He was always listening to his parents tales of Ghost and Voodoo which he became very interested in. When Andrew became a teenager he would go up to the hills that surrounded the town and would investigate the fabled treasure that was buried there during the Civil War. Of course he never found it but still never gave up. When he graduated High school he decided to become a officer of the force and left for the academy. For years he was a officer of Wheeling,West Virginia but then he heard that Fredrick Point needed someone and returned back to his old home.He has been there for 10 years and enjoys every bit of it. However the recent noises in the Hills have scared him and have put him on edge.
