Artemis quickly moved to a back room, coming back out with a large traveling bag. He ignored the papers on the table and what was left on the floor and immediately hurried upstairs, where he kept all of his completed research. He began pulling books off the shelf, seemingly at random but following his own organizational system. Fifteen thick, leather bound volumes made their way into his bag, along with traveling supplies such as rope, a lantern and oil, flint and tinder and a bedroll. Holding another book in his arms, he moved back downstairs to the kitchen and pulled dried meats from the food storage and whatever other food he could take with him. 

"I'm always ready to travel," He said as he moved back next to his apparent companion, "And I know a place where we can go. An abandoned temple to the east. We can take a small boat out of the city in the confusion.

Lillian looked around frantically, trying to find her new friends in the confusion of the coronation. 

"Damn you," She said, glaring at her bracelet, "Why don't you make light?" Frustrated, she clamped her hand around a torch and drew on it's fire, figuring nobody would miss it and not wanting to be unarmed in the event of a fight. Luckily for her, somebody was drawing the attention of all the guards in the center of the theater, so nobody would see her use her Relic.
