Costume aside, this girl seemed a little... strange to Akemi. Or maybe just naturally... what's the right word, jolly? Cheerful? Well, regardless, she seemed like a good enough student. As long as she studied hard and never wavered, her future as an upstanding citizen was guaranteed!
"Yes, you too," Akemi replied, bowing her head briefly, "Feel free to consult me if you need, in the future."

With Chiaki gone, Akemi let out a sigh, placing the note on a table and picking up her bag. She turned her gaze towards Midori, and after a moment, said, "You know, it wouldn't be a bad idea to make more friends. There's no need to be so silent towards everyone."
Midori's shyness was pretty extreme, after all. And as concerned as Akemi was about her attitude towards others, it could also get tiresome, being the only person in school that Midori would ever interact with. If she didn't open up soon, things were only going to get more difficult for her. After all, this was going to be Akemi's final, busiest year at the school.

"...Anyway, let's head home," Akemi suggested. If she couldn't get work done here, might as well tackle the first lot of homework.
