Well the problem with going for the other Gorgons is that the distinction between them and Medusa was that they were utterly immortal, and to be frank that'd be gamebreaking. How about a paralytic gaze which requires constant eye contact like a Basilisk? or equally something to do with poison, dunno what yet, probably something nasty... Frankly my original idea was more based on the idea of a slow creeping of stone from the touch point, requiring constant contact to complete the statueification, but I'll see what I can whip up.
