My time table is pretty flexible until I start school again in Oct, but I'm inEastern Time (US & Canada).

Also, anyone interested in our characters possibly having met each other previously? It's not entirely impossible and could open up possible converging storylines to help gather up the group a bit.

And well almost everyone being human makes sense working with the fact that their are only so many surface dwarves, and the elves in the alienage have little too no martial skill as stated in the city elf origin with your skills being uncommon, and the Dalish usually never leave their tribes.

IC is up. Apologies if it's not as grandiose as you were expecting, but I intend the plot to pick up speed rather than start explosively. Please do not feel too rushed to post as I won't be posting again for a day or two anyway. On that same note, please try not to get too far ahead.

So I'm kind of hoping you guys are accepting. I think someone mentioned a lack of dwarves so I'm here to try to fix that. I would have been a Dwarven Mage if that was possible, but instead you'll get a Dwarven Rogue. Yippe.

Looking through the Character Sheet page, I noticed that we none of the mages have Entropy spells. Not much love for CC/Debuffing, huh? I am now also curios what sort of synergy our mages would have each other. Right now the only combo I can see happening is a Grasp of Winter + Stonefist, but if we keep developing on our current paths, I think a Crushing Prison + Force Field followed by a Glyph of Paralysis + Glyph of Repulsion would be rather deadly. And while the enemy is struggling to just get to their feet, Verinus could pull off a Storm of the Century.

And uh, of course, the Warriors and Rogues will have their uses too. Making sure that the mages can pull their spells off. It's a win-win, right?

I'll laugh if all the mages get killed by a trap they blindly walked into. :P

Well i guess that is one caveat that I haven't looked into. I imagine bear traps being much more lethal in this RP than in the game. Mages, the makers fury in mortal bodies, done in by having their legs torn off because they weren't looking. That also reminds me that we have no healers. I'm debating if I could have Myrn go into Healing/Buff creation school or some Enthropy for more damages.

And if your trusting Faen to do the spotting for you then that is an incredibly likely outcome.

If that's the case, than I guess Myrn would try to max out her Telekinsis school of Magic and Enthropy. Certainly want to get Hexes, don't know if I should than go Disorient or Drain life tree. Mastering Disorient will allow me to pull off the ever so effective Sleep + Waking nightmare combo, but Drain Life increases Myrn's survivability as an Arcane Warrior. Decisions decisions.

My sense of practicality wants me to hate this image and everything it stands for, but I just can't. The concept of a massive dude just casually swinging around a Double-hammer is just too awesome.

Not big enough.

Also I generally prefer axes, and might get one later along with the throwing axes, but it's rather hard to make a bladed weapon resemble an animal. :K .
