On the subject of irradiated dicks and vaginas:

On a serious note maybe that's how blessed ones were born. Irradiated sperm entering irradiated eggs birthing metahumans.

Actually, contrary to popular belief

Radiation doesn't work that way

I mean, if we're being realistic

which this is an RP so we probably aren't

But what radiation essentially does to a person is ping pong photons off their atoms

This fucks with their electrons

and if you know anything about chemistry, shit gets real when you fuck with electrons

it can actually turn your h20 molecules into peroxide molecules

and peroxide is bad

this kills the cells

so you don't really melt

you just kind of die cell by cell

if the radiation is bad enough, billions upon billions of cells die at once

and you get those burns and shit

and then you get radiation sickness

and then you die.

To answer the schlong question, I always figured that the way the skin thing worked was that his skin would fall off, and everything but his skeleton would be this translucent green glow, like this.



So it would only be glowing green as opposed to the sick shit metro saw.
For your second question, no, its not. Jacob is entirely unaffected by outside radiation, and aside from the skin thing, he's undamaged from his own. However, because of the nature of his powers I'm considering making him sterile.

radiation doesn't glow either

i think the only reason people thought that was because it makes barium platinocyanide glow

which, back in the old days, was what they used as part of x-ray equipment

But no, radiation is actually invisible.
