well that's the idea with this one, 'Hey guys about this whole marriage thing -- we're out, good luck, sort it yourselves.' No more of that 'By the power vested in my by the state of Kentucky' crap, no more 'You're not married until you pay the court for a license' crap, nothing. It's bonkers but it makes sense.
