The minutes flew by as Flynn navigated the ship and kept checking coordinates and calculations. Without VIC's navigation to help him it was tiresome. The sweat formed on his head quickly. Suddenly the ship lurched as the came out of warp. Flynn's arms were on fire as he held the ship steady as it slowed down to impulse speed. The shaking subsided and he let go of the flight controller. He turned to Alyson and smiled. "That was the easy part." Flynn proceeded to punch the key pad in front of him. He looked at the read out carefully. "Looks like there's a structure down there that resembles a house. That's where I'm putting us down." Flynn said taking back the controller. He pushed his face close to where Alyson sat. He pointed to his cheek. "For luck." He said. Alyson leaned over to kiss his cheek, when he turned his head quickly and kissed her on the lips. He laughed a little and pushed the controller forward. His eyes raced from the windshield to the small screen in front of the controller. Suddenly the ship buckled as they entered the planet's atmosphere. Flynn's every muscle tensed as he attempted to land over a small field. The ship bucked and rocked as it began to get closer to the ground. Suddenly a loud creaking sound emanated through the ship as it's landing pads contacted the ground. The ship rocked violently as they touched down, relatively unharmed. Flynn turned to Alyson raised his arms and grinned. "First ever manual landing." They both got out of their chairs. Alyson knew this planet so he'd just follow her. She started out of the ship and looked back for Flynn to follow. "Give me one second doll face." Flynn popped his head out. A few minutes later Flynn got out of the ship with his flack jacket on and his pistol at his side. He was also holding a large trunk over his shoulder. Alyson looked at him puzzled. He patted the trunk. "It's an old friend." He said with a evil smile and an odd gleam in his eye.
