The Lucky Devil Casino stood high in the sky of Paylia IV. It was by far the highest building in the area at a massive 250 stories tall. Inside the Casino everything was as expected. various drunk people stumbling around wasting away their money.Others wasting their lives away feeding their addiction, and of course the security guards dressed in pressed black suits blatantly showing their sidearms.
