Seatan stayed watching the door of the hut, waiting for any more bangs to indicate that the stranger was using his gun. After a few moments, he returned from the hut with a woman, who looked human. [i]That's odd,[/i] he thought, [i] how would a human not be chipped?[/i]
They pair were going off away from the hut, and Seatan decided that he would follow them, as the small man had given no hint of there being anyone else on the island. [i]Perhaps this is a lover? Or maybe a hunting partner?[/i] he wondered.
As Seatan was by far the largest predator on the island, he need not be worried about running, or taking cover. The only things he had to worry about were the two strangers knowing about his presence.
He followed them to another ruin, where he hid behind a large tree.
