There is a dampening field in play so all you're powers will be weaker, and the energy costs would be higher, but you'd still have access to them. 

Myself and Biddz are in the wardens office trying to destroy the object that is dampening the supernaturals power. Poly, Yog, Asuras, Archamage and SwampFox are fighting the worst of the worst villains in the maximum detention, while the new kids have wrapped things up over at Maroni's.
