Before he could even fully get over the entire experience though, a goon popped out of nowhere and- [i]"RROROOORORORO!"[/i] Suffice to say, the virtuoso had enough and remained locked in his standing position. Trixie ran off somewhere and Lucien ambled over to his friend, but his offers to buy food were left unheeded. Lute had his hand clutching at the area above his heart and his eyes were wide and hollow; he had his mouth open like he was going to say something. After a few minutes of silence, some color returned to the man’s face and he wiped his brow as he straightened up. “Well, let’s go look for Trixie, then,” Lute murmured evenly and set off towards the tent where the prankster went. As they walked to it, he noticed the garish fun house and winced. That was what they needed, not some horrible, life-altering jumpscare cornucopia. “Hey Trix, where you at? Lucien’s buying ice cream!” He cupped his hands around his mouth and yelled, with Delilah bringing his voice to higher volumes so that the girl could hear them faster. No reply, just a few stares from some of the passersby. “Hey, let’s split up and look for her. I’m not so sure which tent she went to, so we could cover more ground by splitting up,” The virtuoso nodded at Lucien before walking off on his own. A few ways from a colorful tent with a odd pattern, Lute picked up a peculiar sound. Or rather, sounds. "Maybe she went that-a-way," He mumbled to Delilah and headed towards that direction, and as he turned the corner he saw, well, a neat but somewhat threatening row of circus animals.
