"Kira," cough, "The news van. It's," cough, "A getaway car." Cough, "Stop it!"

Kira annoyed at being unable to find the source of the strange powder heard Little Brother's alert swung her sensors on him and followed the direction he pointed towards where he was pointing.
The Turtle responded to her mental commands pivoting in mid air as the loading hatch closed sealing up the rear. 

She saw a vehicle that was speeding off with the words news written all over it. Fast as the internal combustion engine was it's acceleration was no match for the Turtle. She raced ahead of the van and aimed her sensors at it's windows confirming that it contained her targets.

She could clearly see the one called Tank driving the vehicle and her tactical assessment was that as reckless as his previous actions indicated that she could expect an aggressive response to her own action.

"When Facing a charging foe and you containing a greater mass it is best to anchor your stance" she hears her sword teacher say in her memories

Pivoting to face the speeding Van Kira attacks it's electrical system causing the machine to cease functioning. This causes the engine to stop supplying energy to the friction based propulsion system. Now basically a dead stick Kira drops the Turtle in front of the Van and slows inviting impact. The Hard Ceramic Shell that makes up the Air car's body makes contact with the van's grill and crushes it while barely receiving any noticeable damage it's self. The van's mass at 3855 kg (8500 pnds) isn't greater than the Turtle's 12,000 kg thurst so it resists the weight with ease bringing it almost to a stop when Kira executes her final move.

Dropping the Turtle's nose Kira gets under the van's bumper and then lifts it quickly flipping the Van on it's back. Kira is only mildly satisfied as she sees several gold warning lights flash through her mind. She's abused her little car an now it demands that when she is done with battle that she see to it's health.

[B]"Little Brother"[/B] Kira pauses to smile as she enjoys the feel of calling anyone brother.
[B]"The Van is now stopped, requesting assistance at these coordinates will begin containment of the enemy at end of transmission; Kira Out"[/B] she finishes as she dives out of the Turtle's side door facing the van which is still rocking on it's back.

She is pleased with her tactics so having taken only 12.73 seconds from warning to this point now if she can only contain the criminals long enough for her team to arrive.
