Your words are uplifting but not incredibly helpful; in order to avoid upsetting anyone further I am looking for any other replacement ideas for this corruption. Perhaps incredibly painful disfigurations? Zombie-like tendencies? I'm not entirely sure why it needs to be instantly destroyed if it'll go away in time, in terms of light destroying it. It's unable to survive on it's own. I'd be fine with healing being a method of destroying it and exposure to plenty of light for the sick person as a way to significantly speed recovery, but I don't want it to shrivel up and die instantly in any form of sunlight when it shrivels up and dies on it's own if it's not in an animal.

I also refuse to have Theresa be immune to the effects instantly, but I can clearly see that she'll be able to fight it off in a matter of seconds in herself, and longer in others.
