Imperial Flagship Fairlan found himself wearing armor similar to that of the LCF marines, but it was slightly different. The urban camo on it looked like the LCF forest camo, but grey. In the place of the Imperial Star Forces flag, there was an image of some kind of bird holding a quiver of arrows in one talon and a branch of some sort in the other. it's head was turned towards the quiver. He held an assault rifle in his hands, an inscription identifying it as personal property. Fairlan felt a sense of déjà vu holding the weapon, as if he had used it before in the exact same situation. "He's comin' 'round the corner Fergus, get yer shot ready" He had no idea where the sound was coming from, but it had an intense drawl. Looking down at his weapon, Fairlan suddenly knew what he was doing. He raised it into an alert position. Looking over at Robert, he flashed a confident smile, his eyes glowing a radiant purple. "Rob, Emily." He said "We all began as humans. Humanity evolved from pools of amino acids on a backwater world that was never meant to harbor life. No human was ever created by a god or goddess, no human was ever given guidance by a higher being. We have a goddess, but the one time she interfered it resulted in the deaths of millions and the systematic oppression of a billion people who thought they were free to choose. Did we give up and accept our world? No. We changed it! With poetry and speeches, with bullets and blood, we changed it! When we took to the stars, we reshaped them to be a better place! Us! A random collection of molecules! Now, we have the chance to save all life, with barely any cost! The Triarians hail themselves as heroes of the universe, we will be hailed by all as heroes of the multiverse!" He lifted his weapon above hid head with one hand, and cried out. "WE! WILL! SUCCEED!"
