As Edge felt himself warm at having being kissed, he smiled. It felt like a lifetime ever since he had touched Path. It was interesting, really. Edge had wondered what the white dragons were like. What would they taste like? What would they sound like? Though he had fought them many times, Edge didn't really retaliate. As an immortal being, it seemed meaningless to bring a mortal life to an early end. Not everyone was as lucky to be reborn in the way he was, after all. However, Edge had done something. That much was sure. He wished not to know about it- not yet. He felt it would shatter whatever purity he had left. At Path's words, Edge grinned. "It's okay... You can go to sleep if you need to. I'm their dad, after all!" Edge sang cheerily. Inside on of the eggs, a half-dragon's heart beat. He had never been outside before. And he wouldn't come out for a while. It would be interesting, he thought, is he could awaken. But... It was so cozy and warm in here. Skylark, not fully formed yet, did nothing but dream about a life that Path had, at one point.
