Fairy tail – How Will You Live Your 'Fairy Tail'?

So basically... join for the journey of a lifetime. I will throw in shockers, plot twists, action, romance, and death, everything to make the perfect story. 
A new era has begun. Fairy tail has grown in size once more, taking on more members due to the increase in job requests on the first floor request board. Fairy tail is now the top guild in fiorre and as so, attracts many young and budding wizards, alongside older experienced ones. 
So... the only question that remains is: how will you live your ‘fairy tail’?

SO LET’S SET SOME RULES!!! xD
1.	NO GODMODING – you can’t be invincible
2.	NO OOC IN THE IC – Nobody likes that. It’s annoying. You will be warned twice if this happens, before being removed from the rp
3.	NO AUTOHITTING, UNLESS THEY ARE AN AI – every rper has the chance to dodge, no matter what you do. Just be realistic.
4.	RESPECT ME AND THE CO GM(S) I APPOINT – Just be cooperative guys
5.	NO METTAPOSTING – You can’t use ooc knowledge to your own advantage.
6.	NO SEXY TIME – Because we are in the mature section, some stuff is fine, but full on sexy time in pms please!
7.	FINALLY, ANYTHING ME OR THE COGMS SAY GOES.
8.	SECOND FINALLY, ARGUMENTS ARE TO BE TAKEN TO PM’S – anyone having a massive argument in either the ooc or ic will be removed. 
9. SCREW FINALLYS, Please be reasonable with posting time. I want you to post as regularly as you can, but i dont want to see about 7 pages of 1x1 every time i come on, please leave about 10-20 minutes between each time you post minimum when it gets really hectic.
However, small disagreements are ok

Magic: Weather magic – He can control every element of weather in the atmosphere and use it to his will. It can be adapted and manipulated to his command in both offensive and defensive manners. The downside to his magic is that it works cooperation with his emotions. Therefore, the weather around him normally follows his feelings. 
Specials~~~
Vortex – traps the target in a destructive wind tornado and crushes them under immense pressure.
Spark blitz – A series of rapid lightning strikes in the area targeting his enemy.
Full energy release – When all else is lost, Lockheart can empty his magic power into the sky, and send down a barrage of magic power with the current weather, causing massive destruction in the area.
Personality: Lockheart keeps to himself to majority of the time, and whilst younger members of the guild look up to him, he is rarely around. Seeing as he grew up in the guild, he has a passion for protecting it both physically and in honour.
History: Lockheart was supposedly born in Magnolia. However, he was found all alone as a baby by none other than macao’s son – Romeo. He was raised in the guild house by the master the members and was taught the art of magic. At the age of 16, he started going out on more difficult jobs and becoming a stronger wizard. However, for the last year or so, he hasn’t gone anywhere, and has remained in magnolia for a reason nobody knows.

Magic: Mind Magic – He can control the thoughts and memories of people should he choose to do so. He can remove himself from their memories, and implant fake memories also. He will rarely need to get into full on combat, as he can simply infiltrate the mind of his enemy.

Nobody has ever seen him in combat, so his other magical talents are unknown.
Personality: With the few pieces of information known by the guild members about him, and input from the master, people have managed to get an image of what Viviano is like. He is a fairy tail guardian and possibly one of the strongest in the guild. With him around, they can rest easy as it is unlikely that he will let them down.
History: As nobody besides from Lockheart and the Master have ever spoken to him, nothing is really known.
