It is freeform, a forge world capable of battleship production has just sent out a distress signal though since a Waagh just broke it's defenses and decimated its titans before they could be mustered.

Hmm, that Imperator I am questionable on since in Titanicus a single Imperator went toe to toe with an entire legion at point blank range and almost won. I am fine with pretty much an entire titan legion but that monster is a bit too much firepower on a single platform with nearly impenetrable shields. An Imperator has survived an escort landing on it.
