Well, you'd still be human, but do you bleed? If you take a round to the chest, would you drown on your own blood, or at least lose consciousness?
There's actually a medical condition where the person doesn't fill pain. The drawback is that they have to inspect themselves for injuries, because they can be bleeding to death or have broke limbs and wouldn't feel it.
Sounds to me like you're half zombie, like the resurrection only partly worked, probably because it wasn't supposed to resurrect you in the first place..
