Yeah I'm going to admit that the idea of Coltrane's brother becoming a character has crossed my mind a couple times, but given the circumstances that he knew Coltrane ere in he'd have assumed him to be dead and given that the parted on bad terms, its unlikely that he'd be looking for hin if we're being realistic. Also its been a while so he might not recognise his appearance straight up.
