Shadow Dancer felt a bit of a let down when Cinderblock was defeated because she couldn't shake the feeling that her part in the fight was acting as nothing more than a distraction. She was a member of the team because she sought fame and glory, she had joined in the hope that she could be a force good. She couldn't shake the feeling that she was an outsider tolerated by them for reasons she couldn't fathom. As the others left the bridge she faded into the shadows and drifted back towards the team's Head Quarters. She waited for a bit for the others to assemble before stepping from the shadows and into the recreation room. She had unfinished work to do so she summoned two warriors and had them aid in wiring up the video game system and Kareoke machine. It only took her and her servants a few minutes to add them in and run a check to see everything was operational. Dismissing the two shadow warriors Fumiko considered leaving and returning home but some inner voice bid she stay. Always aware of the importance of the mystical nature of intuition she listened. So she looked around herself and decided that she'd have a seat and activate one of her favorite fighting games. It was called "The Heart of War" and it revolved around the story of a young woman named Akane who was kidnapped by the Monkey King and asked to participate in the Heavenly games. How many hours had she spent playing this game when she was alone in one of her houses, one of her ships or one of her planes. She actually thought once of buying the franchise rights but reconsidered when she checked the numbers. She had invited the creators of the game to her home in Tokyo and spent the day chatting with them and even gained their promise of receiving their next game before anyone else. As she played she was amused by the fact that the game she was playing was a product of varied lights collected on the screen and completely under her control. She was by this time an expert at the most secret moves the game had.
