1. Aerandir has said that he'll let us know when the RP is closed and, as yet, has failed to do so. Thus I assume there is still space.

2. The game has only been going for 6 months, which means the highest you'll be is around the mid-40's.

3. AFAIK there isn't much of a limit, or rather, Aerandir hasn't stated much about what your guild can and can't be/do/have. So you'll have to wait for him on that one.
