Ben used the last of the bullets wisely and fired at the beast. When he did chunks of bugs came flying all over and his head was popped off however it still came forward and even with fire in its way it punched Caroline to the ground and then looked over at Ben with revenge for his head. The main creature was still trying to recover from the gun wounds and its minions were doing the job.
