Here's a bit of trivia for you, in the novels/anime, you had to be around ten levels higher than the floor number you were on to have a chance of beating the boss. Meaning that for the first boss, Kirito and the others were around level 11. 

If we go by that logic, the highest floor would be around 36. It's only semantics but I'm just saying :P
